Assistance with recovering lost or corrupted data due to cyber incidents or technical failures.
Phishing Attack Simulation:
Simulation of phishing attacks to test the awareness and responsiveness of your employees to potential threats.
Code Review:
Review and analysis of your application code to identify security flaws and weaknesses that could be exploited by attackers.
Red Teaming:
Simulation of real-world cyber attacks to evaluate the effectiveness of your security measures and incident response capabilities.

2. Service Delivery:
Le Defenders will deliver services promptly and efficiently, adhering to agreed-upon timelines and service level agreements. Clients are responsible for providing necessary access permissions, credentials, and cooperation to facilitate service delivery. Any delays or issues arising from client-side responsibilities may impact the delivery timeline and require additional coordination.
3. Payment and Billing:
Fees for services rendered will be communicated upfront and agreed upon before the commencement of work. Payment terms, including invoicing frequency, accepted payment methods, and late payment penalties, will be outlined in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the services provided by Le Defenders.
4. Confidentiality:
Le Defenders will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including sensitive data and proprietary information shared during service delivery. Client data will only be used to fulfill the agreed-upon services and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property developed or produced as a result of the services provided by Le Defenders shall remain the property of the client. Le Defenders may retain the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for analytical and research purposes, provided that it does not disclose confidential client information.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Le Defenders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. In no event shall Le Defenders’ total liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services in question.
7. Termination:
Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered shall become immediately due and payable.
8. Tooling:
LeDefenders may decide to use 3rd party tools, and your use of any tool is subject to that specific tool’s terms & conditions as well as its license. Please read the following terms and if you have any concerns do not use the Pentester product, or ask us for clarification before use.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Jurisdiction.
Use of the Website is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, including, but not limited to, disclaimers and limitations of liability. In the event any provision of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect in that jurisdiction, and a determination of invalidity or unenforceability in one jurisdiction shall not affect the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy in any other jurisdiction.
10. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to our services, including reports, findings, and recommendations, remain the property of LeDfenders unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
